Physical activity: How is it good for us?

Being active is part of healthy living. It has many benefits for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Did you know?

It is recommended that we exercise moderately for at least 30 minutes every day.

This can mean:

  • taking a walk
  • going for a run
  • shoveling your driveway
  • playing outside with your kids

Being active helps us:
