The CBHSSJB is pleased to announce the nomination of Sophie Leclercq to the position of Coordinator of Nursing Services of Chisasibi Regional Hospital, under the leadership of Hospital Director Philippe Lubino.

Sophie Leclercq combines frontline nursing experience with management skills and training. After completing her nursing studies in France, she worked in hospital intensive care in Paris for 5 years before coming to Canada. From 2008-2017 she worked in intensive care at MUHC, cardiac intensive care at the Jewish General, and as an agency nurse. She joined the Chisasibi Hospital nursing team in 2018, becoming Assistant Head Nurse in 2019.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in health and social services management from the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) in Montreal. Sophie Leclercq served as Secretary to the Council of Nurses of the CBHSSJB, and she holds a green belt certification in the Lean Six Sigma management approach.
