systems may contract serious and sometimes deadly infections.

  • Healthy people may experience short-term symptoms such as fever, headache,

vomiting, nausea, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. Long-term complications may

    include severe arthritis.

  • Contact your local CMC if you have eaten the recalled products and have gastro-like

    symptoms.

  • Do not work with food if you are experiencing gastro-like symptoms, as the bacteria can

cross contaminate other foods and people.

  • Practice safe food handling and wash your hands often.
