"Don’t condemn the person who is struggling with alcohol or criticize them harshly openly to others because you don’t know what heavy load they are carrying.  I am grateful that my parents did not do this to me while I was struggling with addictions and this allowed me to confide in them and go to them for refuge. When someone goes through this type of condemnation or criticism, they will feel like they have nowhere to seek support" – Corinna Coonishish, Mistissini
