We share the sadness of this tragic incident. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, friends and communities during this very difficult time.

The Health Board is supporting Oujé-Bougoumou’s response plan to offer appropriate psycho-social support to youth, families and staff at Waapihtiiwewan School and in the community.

We want to remind everyone that support is available when needed. People can call the Wiichihiiwaauwin Helpline to speak with someone. Cree speakers and Elders are available.
