POLLING NOTICE 

FOR THE ELECTION OF ONE (1) CLINICAL STAFF REPRESENTATIVE

AND 

ONE (1) NON-CLINICAL STAFF REPRESENTATIVE

TO THE CBHSSJB BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The polls will begin on October 29, 2025 at 4pm and 

Will end on November 16, 2025 at 4pm

Polling will be done by electronic voting system

The results will be announced at the end of the election period on November 17, 2025
