NOTICE OF ELECTIONS TO ALL CLINICAL STAFF and NON-CLINICAL STAFF
In accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native Persons, and as per By-law respecting the procedure for the election of the representative of the clinical staff and the representative of the non-clinical staff, the elections at the following Election Colleges will take place as follows:
Election College of Clinical Staff
And
Election College of Non-Clinical Staff

On November 17, 2025
NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES
Nominations are made by means of a Nomination Paper of Candidate duly completed and signed by the candidate. The person who submits a nomination paper must also duly complete a Candidate Information Sheet to provide more information to other members of his Election College.
These forms are available below.
The Nomination Paper and Candidate Information Sheet must be submitted and received by the Returning Officer or the Assistant Returning Officers at least 30 days before the date of the election which is on October 17, 2025.
MODES OF EXERCISING THE RIGHTS TO CANDIDACY AND VOTING RIGHTS
In order to exercise these rights, a person must be registered on the election list of his/her election college.
A person whose name does not appear on the election list of his/her Election College or who notices an error may contact the Returning Officer or Assistant Returning Officers for appropriate rectification before October 17, 2025.
CLOSING OF NOMINATIONS
The nomination period ends at 5pm on October 17, 2025
LIST OF CANDIDATES
The official list of candidates for each Election College will be posted on October 29, 2025, 20 days before the date of the election.
