Louisa Wapachee, Coordinator Awash Uschiniichisuu Whapmagoostui CMC

The Whapmagoostui CMC Local Director is pleased to welcome Louisa Wapachee as the Awash Uschiniichisuu Coordinator.

Louisa has been with CBH since 2002 as an Emergency Worker SS. Since then, she has served in various positions, including Youth Protection Team Leader.

Most recently, she has served as the Interim Coordinator of Awash/Uschiniichisuu since October 2023.

Louisa is known for her dedication and commitment to the local communities she's served throughout her tenure with CBH.

Louisa has a degree in Helping Relations from CEGEP Marie-Victorin. She has also expanded her knowledge with additional training in various fields, including anthropology, nursing and administration.

Louisa took up her position on August 11th.
