As the organization continues to grow, the emphasis on leadership development remains a cornerstone of its strategy. Through initiatives such as the Executive Services to Managers, the Competency Improvement Cycle Initiative, the CBHSSJB Management Training Program (MTP) and the Future Managers Training Program (FMTP), the organization focuses on supporting emerging leaders so that they are not only well-equipped for their roles but also deeply aligned with its core values and long-term vision.
