Leadership in Motion: Highlighting New Managers Appointed since January 2025

These nominations reflect the CBHSSJB's commitment to fostering internal growth and the strength of its talent pool, as well as to welcoming new people who are inspired by a mission and vision that stands out for its culturally grounded approach to care. 

As the organization continues to grow, the emphasis on leadership development remains a cornerstone of its strategy. Through initiatives such as the Executive Services to Managers, the Competency Improvement Cycle Initiative, the CBHSSJB Management Training Program (MTP) and the Future Managers Training Program (FMTP), the organization  focuses on supporting  emerging leaders so that they are not only well-equipped for their roles but also deeply aligned with its core values and long-term vision.
