Give to gain: celebrating the heartbeat of our communities

For International Women’s Day 2026, the CBHSSJB chose to honour women in a way that reflects who we are as a Cree organization. Instead of a traditional campaign or promotional message, we created an uplifting video that celebrates the diversity of women who support our communities every day. This video is a moment of appreciation but also a reminder of how essential women are in caring for our families, supporting our patients, maintaining our services, and carrying forward Cree identity and knowledge.
