Deanne Moore appointed Director, Professional Services and Quality Assurance Psychosocial
The DPSQA-Psychosocial department is pleased to announce the appointment of Deanne Moore as the new Director.
Deanne has been with the CBHSSJB since 2018. She has served as the Assistant Director of Professional Services and Psychosocial Quality Assurance since July 2021.
She was responsible for supervising, supporting, and mentoring a team of clinical counselors, social workers, and researchers in accordance with Nishîyû and organizational values toward Miyupimâtisîun.
Previously, she was Interim Director of Professional Services & Quality Assurance and Interim Coordinator of Foster Homes.
Deanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Laurentian University with focus on Colonizing/Decolonizing Issues of Violence in Indigenous Communities. She is close to completing a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Indigenous Resilience and Trauma.
Deanne is a registered social worker in Quebec and Ontario.
