This holiday season, from December 23 to January 3, pharmacies will operate with reduced staff, and a temporary schedule will be in place to accommodate the needs of communities, while taking limited resources into account.
THE CBHSSJB IS WORKING TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES WITH THE NEW SRP 2023-2030
The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) is proud to share the much-anticipated 2023-2030 Strategic Regional Plan (SRP).
This comes after a community outreach effort to amplify the voices of Eeyou Istchee and lead the creation of this new SRP. This consultation process included a booth that travelled across the communities, an online survey and multiple discussions with local community members and groups.
“Eeyou-Eenou are at the heart of everything we do, hence why it was so important, for our board, team and I, to have their suggestions and concerns reflected and addressed in our plan to move forward as an organization.” – Liz Hester, SRP Project Coordinator
The SRP outlines what we are expected to achieve as a health and social service organization and the measures we will use to demonstrate if we have succeeded or not.
We have identified four orientations to move the CBHSSJB towards excellence in health and social services. Our team is committed to continuous evaluation of our progress, discussion on possible adjustments, engagement with the community and learning, together, to achieve the SRP.
