Phase 1: Red

Only essential local businesses remain open e.g. grocery stores, gas stations, repair services

  • Curbside services, limited hours, limited staffing, etc. where possible
  • Inspections for adherence to best practices
  • Record kept of people entering the establishment to help contact tracing where feasible
Phase 2: Orange

Phase 2

Open with limited hours and capacity management
e.g. hair salons closed or open with strict hours, services, and client capacity

  • Reduced or modified services in businesses with lower ventilation, prolonged or unprotected contact with others
  • Restaurants to offer take-out only service
  • Curbside services are privileged
  • Inspections for adherence to best practices
  • Record kept of people entering the establishment to help contact tracing where feasible
Phase 3: Yellow

Phase 3

Open with limited capacity and management of flow e.g. appointments, client spacing, etc.

  • Inspections for adherence to best practices
  • Record kept of people entering the establishment to help contact tracing where feasible

Phase 4

Open with limited capacity

  • Baseline precautionary measures (hygiene, masks, distancing, plexiglass, etc.)
