FOOD RECALL NOTICE: Lactantia UltraPūr 2% 20g Protein & Lactose Free Milk 2 Litres

Lactalis Canada is recalling Lactantia UltraPūr 2% M.F. dairy beverage (2 litre) with an expiry date of 22 June 2026, sold exclusively at Costco. The recall is due to observed over-fortification of vitamins A and D compared to the recommended daily intake limit, which may pose a risk to food safety.

This recall may affect you if you purchased the Lactantia UltraPūr 2% 20g Protein & Lactose Free Milk 2 Litre (Costco Item 1987085) at a Costco warehouse or Costco Business Centre between May 2026 and June 2026. 

What You Should Do:

• Do not consume, serve, use, sell or distribute the Lactantia UltraPūr 2% M.F. dairy beverage (2 Litre) with an expiry date of June 22, 2026. 
• If you have any concerns or have symptoms, please consult your healthcare provider.
