Reminder of luggage and passengers' guidelines to ensure a seamless travel experience

Please note that each passenger is allowed to take:

• a maximum of 44 lbs baggage
• 1 carry-on item (13 lbs max)
• 1 small personal item (10x12x8 inches)
• Children under 2 years of age are not allocated a separate checked baggage allowance, as per usual standard aviation norms. However, CBHSSJB and Air Creebec are committed to ensuring a smooth travel experience for families and have come to a decision:

1. Parents traveling with a child under the age of two are authorized to add up to 15 additional pounds (7 kg) to their luggage;
2. Strollers, car seats, and small diaper bags are allowed in addition to checked luggage;
3. If you require additional space, please contact Air Creebec before your flight for guidance;
4. Take a moment to review the CBHSSJB Pax & Baggage guidelines sent with your travel ticket;

Excess baggage

Excess baggage has to be handled through the cargo service and will therefore be refused. Passengers will have to make arrangements for excess baggage to travel prior to flight date via cargo at their expense on the Air Creebec regular flights

Please check in at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Timely arrival ensures efficient boarding procedures and allows for a punctual departure.

Passengers also need to be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled flight departure. Your adherence to this timeline is greatly appreciated.
