Grieving Workshop presented by NNADAP
Part I: We will all answer following questions : What is Grief? Why is Grief the most difficult – painful
experience you will encounter in life? We will touch on how our human being is impacted – by discussing our three part being, our five senses and the medicine wheel (mental, physical, spiritual and
emotions).
Part II: After loss there is Grief – we will embark on a the emotional – normal response to Grief. The Grief process, cycle and stages will be presented followed by dialogue and sharing.
Part III: Using the Grief Ice Berg Model all will have an opportunity to share what does Unhealthy Grief
look like – how does unresolved Grief look like in one life.
Part IV: Using the grief Ice Berg Model all will have an opportunity to share what does Healthy Grief look like – how does dealing – working with Grief look like in ones life.
Part V: The last day – Sunday is Healing Day. ALL participants will develop a memory album or pillow or blanket of there loved one that passed. The participants will have the opportunity to create a memory of their loved one and share what they created. We will integrate healing tools throughout this session. Family and children are invited to help with these activities.

Snack and drinks will be provided each day.
Lunch will be provided on the last day.
