STRATEGIC REGIONAL PLAN (SRP)
The voice of the Eeyou-Eenou will lead the creation of the next SRP
-
To move towards greater Miyupimaatisiiun together, the CBHSSJB needs to create the new SRP based on the expectations of Eeyou Eenou for health and well-being.
-
The SRP sets the direction for our organization and describes what we are expected to achieve and the measures we’ll use to demonstrate if we have succeeded or not.
-
We want to hear your perspectives, suggestions and priorities to help create the new SRP and to help build the most progressive Eeyou Eenou health and social services.
-
Over the next few months, the CBHSSJB will provide opportunities to hear your voice and capture your input through an online survey, discussions with local community members and groups, and a regional health assembly.
-
The voice of the Eeyou-Eenou will lead the creation of the next SRP.
-
Summer 2022: Online consultation and community tour will gather input from community members and partners
-
Fall 2022: Regional assembly will consolidate the input from the consultation phase
-
The SRP will provide strategic orientations and identify priorities for the next 6 years
-
The SRP will be the basis for negotiations of the next Health Agreement with the Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec (MSSS)
