ELECTION – CLINICAL STAFF REPRESENTATIVE
NOTICE OF ELECTION
This is to inform you that the election of one Clinical Staff Representative on the Board of Directors of the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) will be held on November 28, 2024.
Last July 2024, Dr Robert Tremblay submitted his resignation as the clinical staff representative to be effective in October/November 2024. Dr Robert Tremblay was elected as the clinical staff representative on the Board of Directors on October 17, 2022, with a three-year mandate. Consequently, the elected representative of the clinical staff will fill in for the remaining portion of Dr Robert Tremblay’s three-year mandate ending in December 2025.
POLLING NOTICE
This is a polling notice for the election of one (1) Clinical Staff Representative of the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay Board of Directors.
Two (2) candidates from the CBHSSJB Clinical Staff have filed their candidacy for this Election College. You may click on each of the candidates’ name to consult their candidate information sheet.
All clinical staff who are on the final voting list will receive an invitation from Election Buddy, the online voting system for these elections, to cast their ballot.
The polls will begin on November 9, 2024, at 4 p.m. and end on November 27, 2024, at 4 p.m.
The results will be announced at the end of the election period on November 28, 2024.
