Registration
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO REGISTER
Registration:
All nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nurse practitioners hired at the CHB before December 31, 2024, are eligible to register for the 2025 annual training program.
Status 5 nurses must have worked a minimum of 12 weeks in the 12 months prior to the registration (i.e., between June 1, 2024, and June 1, 2025) to be eligible to register for the training.
Status 5 nurses must also commit to working one of the two weeks of the training program to attend the other week.
For nurses on sick leave or gradually returning to work, each situation will be analyzed by the health office, but here are the general rules:
-
A nurse on sick leave cannot attend the annual training program. Indeed, the training is recognized as work, so we cannot ask the employee to attend.
- A nurse on a progressive return to work may attend the training if it is consistent with their return-to-work plan. We must take into account any limitations and adapt the schedule, if necessary.
- A nurse on preventive withdrawal may attend the training if it is consistent with the physician's instructions and the recommendations of the Safe Maternity Program (PMSD).
Registration
To support your planning, the training schedule is being shared seperately on page to allow nurses time to review the options and ensure they are familiar with the content.

Registration closes on July 28 at 11:59 PM. Please note that resubmissions are possible but not encouraged as they create duplicates in the data.
Once submitted, registrations cannot be modified by the participant.
Be sure to confirm your training choices in advance and ensure you are among the recommended nurses for each selection prior to registering.
Confirmation of training selections will be sent by email between August and September 2025, after all submissions have been reviewed.
