Information and Communication Technologies are an integral part of life in remote northern communities. I have drawn upon two specific examples of health related ICTs to reflect upon the ways in which information and communications technologies generate new “spaces” of “health” as social networks and sites of health information shift the locus of health management and health seeking behaviors (Foucault 2003; Mol 2002).
