What I do: Under the direction of the Head of Administrative Unit, assists Public Health Team in all administrative tasks related to the programs. Organize meetings, writes and distributes minutes, and assists in travel arrangements for all Public Health staff. Assists with reports, corrections of documents and printing of educational or promotional material and I am also responsible for office administration.

Filing timesheets, TA's, invoices etc.
